Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of products, services, websites, applications, and assessments provided by Aivilo Cloud Technologies, Inc. (“Aivilo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using Aivilo’s website, the AI Readiness Assessment, or requesting access to Early Access features—including Lens—you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Overview of Our Services
Aivilo currently offers:
- AI Readiness Assessment (fully available):
- A diagnostic tool that evaluates cloud, data, governance, and AI readiness.
- Lens Platform (Early Access):
- A proprietary operational platform that provides visibility into cloud, data, and AI workloads. Access is limited, may change, and is not guaranteed.
- Professional Services & Managed Services (launching in 2026):
- Engineering and operational services delivered by Aivilo teams, sometimes enhanced by Lens.
Because product availability is evolving, some features described on the website may be in active development or available only through Early Access.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- at least 18 years old
- an authorized representative of your organization
You may not use Aivilo services if you are legally prohibited from doing so.
3. Early Access Program
Early Access provides limited, pre-release access to features of Lens and related tools.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
- features may change, break, or be removed
- performance and accuracy are not guaranteed
- Early Access is provided “as-is” with limited support
- we may request feedback to improve the product
We may suspend or terminate Early Access access at any time.
4. User Accounts
When you register for Early Access or the Assessment, you agree to:
- provide accurate information
- keep your contact information up to date
- not share access credentials with unauthorized parties
You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
- attempt to access systems or data you do not own
- use Aivilo to develop competing products
- use the services for unlawful or harmful purposes
- submit malicious code, content, or AWS resources
We may investigate misuse and suspend accounts when necessary.
6. Customer Data
You may submit or connect data as part of the AI Readiness Assessment, Early Access platform usage, or future services.
“Customer Data” includes:
- names, emails, and form submissions
- Assessment inputs and results
- usage data, metadata, or logs
- infrastructure information (e.g., AWS structure, architecture, endpoints), when applicable
- prompts, LLM interaction logs, and evaluation traces (if collected in future Lens releases)
You retain ownership of all Customer Data.
Aivilo may use anonymized or aggregated data to:
- improve our platform
- generate insights and benchmarks
- publish anonymized reports
- communicate with partners or vendors
We will never publicly identify your organization without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
Aivilo owns:
- Lens
- the AI Readiness Assessment
- all platform UI, features, software, and code
- all documentation, marketing, and training materials
No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
8. AI Usage and Limitations
Our services may include AI-driven features such as automated scoring, infrastructure recommendations, or workload evaluation.
You acknowledge:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate
- AI should not replace human review
- You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any recommendations
- You must not rely exclusively on AI-generated outputs for high-risk decisions
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services (including Early Access and assessments) are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, including:
- merchantability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- non-infringement
- reliability or accuracy of results
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Aivilo will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Aivilo’s total liability will not exceed the fees paid to us in the past 12 months (or $100 for free services)
This applies to all claims (contract, tort, negligence, etc.).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the services at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
